You can buy this stuff right now in Darnassus from the wandering vendor that wanders behind the AH area and also from the lady at the INN. Also there is salted venison and some nice fish sold by the fish vendor on the dock thee inside darnassus. Just bought some, it's great! and about time!

Despite of the name, basic Northrend drink. I always keep 2 stacks of these in my bags, along with 2 stacks of Sour Goat Cheese.
