Instead

Vikki Lonsav dose and she is located directly to the right of him and the price is only 2.7

Is there a reason I can't use the solid shot. Heavy shot registers but Solid shot says I am out of ammo with 1000 rounds stored. I have looked everywhere and nothing says I need to be anything other than a level 25, I am level 29.

Like all ammo, it doesn't have it's own damage or speed - it adds straight DPS to your gun - 7.5 DPS, in this case. If you've got a delay of 1 on a gun, it'll add 7-8 damage per shot. If you've got a 2 delay gun, it'll add 15. And so on.

The dps on these is 7.5, not 2.5. I'm not sure about the damage itself or the speed though.

Horde Hunter friends - if you're questing in Dustwallow Marsh you're likely headed back to Org to purchase more ammo. That is unless you care to venture to Feralas or Thousand Needles.
