Well, this quest was a curve-ball.
Everyone's been sending you to gather drops from powerful creatures or rare ingredients, and Jun'ik sends you out for some simple, low-level crafting ingredients.

Very easy and short. In Conquest Hold, go and buy 5 simple flour from the guy that sells General Goods, then go to the armorer (track for repairs in your minimap) and buy one coal.
