Keristrasza is not always there. Use the Augmented Arcane Prison to summon her. If you lost the item ask Raelorasz to give you another one.

At this moment, november 16 2008, the complete questline shows up as Alliance only.
With just completing it, I can confirm the complete questline is for horde as well, so it's for both sides. My Wowhead client just upladed fresh data, so I hope it will show up soon.

The complete questline is solo-able too.
Except for the last part where you need to enter the Nexus. ;)

When summoning Keristrasza using the Augmented Arcane Prison, check your map location - you need to be specifically in Coldarra (or the Transitus Shield). Trying to use this too close to the Nexus will earn you a frustratingly unclear error message.

It seems that she can despawn. I was reading the next quest info before I accepted it and she disappeared.

Took me awhile to figure this out

She's a summoned mob (similar to the Archmage in Netherstorm). Once you've completed the appropriate questline, you will receive an item in your bags that can summon her. Here's the start of the questline:

Puzzling... the Archmage in Netherstorm, you can start and complete quests from her even if someone else spawned her. If you see her just wandering around, it's because someone else spawned her. If you lose the item needed to summon her, you can talk to a guy at the Transitus Shield to get a new one. (He won't give you a new one if you already have it in your bags, though, and of course he won't give you a new one if you haven't done the required questline.)

I was destined to spend an eternity roaming an empty abyss, and now am saved? You cannot fathom my gratitude, mortal.

When I refused to bend to his will Malygos bound me to that prison, then shattered it and scattered the pieces. Should I live one hundred of your lifetimes, I shall not forget this kindness.

Perhaps, in time, I will find ways to repay you. For now, though, we must focus our attention on Malygos. I am weak, and there is much to be done.
