Blue version of the Magnificent Flying Carpet, added as a Frozen Orb sink in 3.3, and it's pretty nifty rug too. It's also considered corny to be listening to "A Whole New World" while riding it.

Requires 4 Frozen Orbs and 1 Ebonweave/Moonshroud/Spellweave to craft. Tack on the additional 6 Frozen orbs to purchase it, you're looking at bare minimum 10 heroics or a trip to AH to get the orbs. Requires 425 Tailoring to make and use, flies at 280% speed in Northrend and Outland, also requires Artisan Riding. (Info added because people constantly ask these questions regardless if the info is RIGHT UP THERE).

Complete Ingredient List:
6 Frozen Orbs- For Pattern

4 Frozen Orbs
30 Frostweave Cloth (Transition to 6 Bolts of Frostweave)
6 Infinite Dust (Infused with Bolts of Frostweave to make 3 Bolts of Imbued Frosweave)
2 Eternal Life ((20 Crystallized Life) Creates 1 Moonshroud)
2 Eternal Shadow ((20 Crystallized Shadow) Creates 1 Ebonweave)
2 Eternal Fire ((20 Crystallized Fire) Creates 1 Spellweave)

Note that Moonshroud, Ebonweave and Spellweave no longer have a specific location to create them and don't have cooldowns along with the patch.

No improvement from the other epic flying carpet, Magnificent Flying Carpet. Takes different mats to create. Why did Blizzard go through the trouble of adding this one, when it is still BoP and the end result is nothing but a different name? There may be a good answer out there that I'm missing. Thanks.
