One mob that spawns from the Ethereum Stasis Chamber is Trelopades, a Pit Lord type NPC (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=22828). We had no trouble killing him with 3 people (tank, healer, dps).

Basically this is how it works:

You talk to the quest guy in Netherstorm, Commander Ameer, and he asks you to get him 1 key.

After you do that he wants you to get a key and open one of the prisons to get an ID tag. Do that, and it becomes repeatable.

At revered, he will ask you to bring him 5 prison keys. Once you do that he gives you an Ethereum Key Tablet - Alpha. This unlocks a single prison in Bashir's Landing, Blade's Edge Mountains. Do that and return the quest to the Ethereum dude in the middle of Bashir's.

This guy will now ask you to start opening the Bashir's Landing prisons, which take an Ethereum Stasis Chamber Key, which you get by giving this guy 5 Ethereum Prison Keys (repeatable).

As you open the prisons, each has an elite (killable with 3-5 guys, the more the better) that drops a random stat BOP blue item. Every elite also has a chance to drop the next quest item you need, the Mark of the Nexus Prince. I had to kill 4 before I finally got one.

Once you finally get your Mark, turn it back into the quest giver and he will make you a Mana-Tombs Stasis Chamber Key, and the quest along with it, which is to open the first Stasis Chamber in the Mana-Tombs.

This is as far as I have gotten, however I can accurately guess that opening and completing this quest will lead to the quest that will allow you to open Prince Shaffar's Stasis Chamber, which houses a new elite, Yor, who drops badges and epics.
