This achievement SHOULD be easy. I'm sure it will be months before I get it.

You can avoid the doing the dance if you hug the wall behind Heigan, to the right of him off of the platform, left of the doorway leading to Loatheb.

You could even dps while hiding in the safe spot, although I would suggest using feign, invis, or soul shatter before you find yourself tanking Heigan.
