there is a q when u join all the map fragments together it�s a q in tanaris
it�s ike this on the q log

south to home...
south of wheedle...
search for men that take blood as pay...
kill them and find the chest...

so i think it�s south of steamwheedle and in the piratebay.

I have killed well over 100 of these pirates, probably close to 200, and no Upper Map Fragment! I have found 5 lowers, 5 uppers, the Ship Schedule, and the key to the treasure chest on the boat, but the Upper Fragment is just not dropping. Anyone know if this is bugged?

I found the lower part off a dockworker and the upper part in a pirates chest. i can't rember if it was a drop or a pickpocket though.

So which quest do I need to be on to actually be able to get this to drop? I'm level 44, is that high enough? =3

I've killed southsea people for like 3 hours, got 4 lower map fragment. But none of the 2 others. Are there no other way to get them?

I've done the follow-up quest twice (after the map is put together)... Once using an upper map fragment I found, the other using an upper given to me by a 60 who we farming for volitile rum and didn't care to do Cuergo's Key quest. Since I had 3 more ea. of the lower and middle fragments, I decided to try to get some more uppers... I can't get a drop for the life of me!

Has anybody ever found two Upper Map Fragments with the same character?

Got mine from the first Pirate's Footlocker which dropped from a Southsea Swashbuckler on my 2nd kill :)

WoW Classic 1.13.2 the same old vanilla bug is still present. There is a chance that either no chest will spawn or it may despawn before you can even loot it. Recommend avoiding this quest. Try selling the fragments on the neutral AH in Gadgetzan and perhaps they will sell. Or just destroy or vendor them. The overall time to travel to the area is not worth the likely chance of encountering the bug. For reference: It bugged on me and was a colossal waste of time.If you have the key and decide to try it best of luck to you!
