Requires Fishing skill of 350 to learn Grand Master skill.

For all fishing Spots until Journeyman, fish anywhere up to level 10
For all fishing Spots until Expert, fish anywhere up to level 20 Get the book Expert Fishing: The Bass and You
For all fishing Spots until Artisan, fish anywhere up to level 35
For all fishing Spots until Master, fish anywhere up to level 60 This is on the Outlands' Trainer.
For all fishing Spots until Grand Master, fish anywhere in Outlands. This is on the Northrend's trainer.

I used this guide in junction with cooking (2 professions, 1 goal eh?). While you can fish anywhere (suggest dalaran, the fountain, get 3 several achievements at once, and fishing trainer's right there!), if your cooking isn't up to par, this will help out.
