When I finished this quest, I returned to Falcon Watch, where the pilgrim disappeared after delivering some information for a follow-up quest. It gave me credit for returning her, but the quest did not complete.

Taleris Dawngazer is the person to speak with, but you can only talk to him about this quest when he's at the little camp to the right of the main entry road. If he's over by the wounded pilgrims having his argument with one of the named NPCs, you won't be able to talk to him. Wait until he gets back.

It's really not difficult to do this quest if you've already cleared the path she follows. The hardest part was respawn along that path, but only in the Arrakoa area. After we got out of there, it was a breeze.

When i did this quest on my 62 warlock (affliction specced) , by the time she moved her slowpoke ass out of the cage most mobs that i killed before already respawned on the path so i had to use a pot to keep up .

When you get out of the den area 2 mobs will spawn behind you and attack you straight away , try not to fear them since the pilgrim will attack one of them and possibly pull even more .

If you die you can use soulstone/ankh and continue the quest as if nothing happend .

I think this quest is bugged or something, after we came out of Den of Haal'esh it spawned two mobs and after it she disapared.

A neat little trick if you're priest, you can mind sooth all the mobs that she might run into and they won't hit her.

Just watched someone do this quest, accompanied by a couple of Alliance who were helping to clear the mobs. The escort, after killing the 2 spawned mobs, aggroed the Alliance and they couldn't shake her off. Once they died (they ended up just letting her beat on them), she just despawned.

Be careful doing this quest if there are Alliance around.

Though the text says it's for 2 ppl, you have nothing to worry about. It is absolutely soloable. Piece of cake.

Easily soloable as probably any spec of priest at lvl 61 even, i was shadow, but i doubt it will make a difference.

Heal here and if you pull aggro, attack, and then you definitly have time too drink up between mobs she aggros. Also mind soothing the humanoids helps alot too.

Easy quest. Don't be intimidated by the suggested two players. When you get out the camp you will get ambushed by two Talonguards. Later on she will kneel down and you will get ambushed by a Windwalker. Then you head on to Falcon Watch. If you see a Fel Reaver heading your way don't worry because it just turns back.

Did it easy as 61 Shadow Priest. None of the mobs respawned on way back.

When you come out of the valley, 2 Talonguards lvl 62-63 spawn. When you go a bit further, she asks you to let her rest a bit. Then she says:"Do you hear something?". Right after that, a lvl 62-64 Windwalker spawns west of you. Then it's just some felboars and walking till you reach Falcon Watch and your quest is done.

If alliance kill the npc while you're doing the quest, go do something else, because it will be hard for them to resist doing it repeatedly. It's just too easy for them to waste your time. Not sure why they made the NPC flagged for PvP but decided not to call this a PvP quest.

Very easily soloed by a lvl 61 unholy DK. Right up until a human flagged PvP and killed her.

I soloed this quest as a lvl 62 Blood Elf DK. During this quest, a level 61 Dwarf Paladin flagged and came after her, but i managed to kill him with just under 400 hp left because he bubbled. After that, quest was easy and had no problems with Alliance after him.

Like everyone else I had no difficulty doing this solo on my 61 rogue. I just sapped what I could and took out the other mobs that attacked her. She has a good amount of hp, so you won't have much trouble protecting her.

Once the pilgrim gets back to the camp, it will take awhile for Taleris to walk over to the place where the pilgrim collapsed. It will be around 5-10 minutes (didn't count), so just do whatever until then. Taleris is actually near the medic, but you can't talk to him until he walks over. He will start arguing with a standing Pilgrim and then walk over, so if you see that it's your cue. It leads to A Pilgrim's Plight, which is in LadyCelestine's post.

I don't think it was lag. I had no lag at all and still waited atleast 10 mins before Taleris Dawngazer appears. For those wondering, he will be standing in the same spot that the quest NPC colapses.

I have this quest as a Death Knight (63), but I can't seem to start it. I can't talk to the NPC in the cage, do I need a key to open it first? Thanks!

I think it was just the lag, but it took a while for the turn in NPC to spawn for my party. Turns out the guy (Taleris Dawngazer) doesn't spawn until you escort the BE back and she dies. Then he gives you A Pilgrim's Plight.

Always keep your guard up.

The mobs arent's that hard and the npc helps in the fight. You're most vulnerable point is when you leave the entrance, 2 mobs jump you.

I actually saw a couple of allies in the vicinity. I quickly hit a pot and made sure they kept their distance.

To complete this quest you need to protect the Wounded Blood Elf Pilgrim on her way to Falcon Watch.

To start the quest you need to travel to Den of Haal'esh area - you would go there during several Falcon Watch quests. NPC is in the cage to the right as you enter Den of Haal'esh.
Talk to Wounded Blood Elf Pilgrim and prepare to defeat her along your way back to Falcon Watch. You can clear mobs before picking up the quest, this may help a little.
There also will be two scripted ambushes along this quest, but nothing hard at all, just a couple of arakkoa. Also NPC can help you and tank mobs for a while, just watch her HP.

Please, <class>, get me out of this cage! I foolishly set out from Thrallmar ahead of the main group, despite Martik Tor'seldori's warnings.

I was set upon by horrible creatures that could only be the ravagers he talked about. I managed to drive them off, but that was only the beginning of my troubles.

As I bound my wounds, those bird men found me, dragged me back to this cave, and locked me in this cage! I must get to Falcon Watch!
