Gooey Ghoul Drool are NOT drops, look for slimey looking things on the ground called Gooey Ghoul Drools.

Bugged, able to pick up the quest items but when you turn in to complete says you failed and the drool disappears.

Works just fine on release, kill the abominations for their guts and pick the Gooey Ghoul Drools from the ground. You can find some around 21.77. Also try not to walk around too much in there cuz there is a shade (Blightguard) that is in Invisibility and will appear to nuke you if you get close ... :P. Good luck.

abominations have 100% and the drool spaw around 22,74.They are visible.

At 17,81 there is 3 Putrid Abominations not surrounded by Decaying Ghouls. Couple of drools nearby too.

Stefan in Ebon Watch asked you to go to the Reliquary of Agony to collect 5 Putrid Abomination Guts from the Putrid Abominations and 5 Gooey Ghoul Drools.
