Head to Darkshire in Duskwood and find
Watcher Backus--he usually patrols the north road right outside of town. Just tell him you're looking into any Defias activity for me and he'll help you out with any information he can.
Not too safe to be traveling about in the woods, <name>. Be careful, and if you see anything suspicious or dangerous, contact the Watchers immediately. Don't try and take anything on yourself. We're not responsible for anything terrible that might happen to you.
