You go to the deadscar, and find his corpes, then he says some stuff, then Morlen Coldgrib comes and send some waves, 1st is of ghouls with 10k hp, 2nd is Ghouls with 15,9k hp, then its crypts with 19k hp. in all waves there spawn 5, last comes Morlen Coldgrib who has 40 k hp, easy quest

The remains of Thalorien Dawnseeker are at the southern end of the Dead Scar on the Isle of Quel'Danas (52,80), where the bombing run daily used to fly over (phased out during this quest though). Do NOT do what I did and assume the "Dead Scar" meant on the main land in front of Silvermoon City (with the southern end therefore being in Ghostlands).

Here's the entire quest chain, with simple descriptions and quest links for the Horde versions.

The Battered Hilt
Bring the Battered Hilt to Myralion Sunblaze at Quel'Delar's rest, south of the Argent Tournament Grounds.
What The Dragons Know
Speak to Krasus at the top of Wyrmrest Temple.
The Silver Covenant Scheme (Alliance version is called "The Sunreavers' Plan)
Obtain the Orders by killing an NPC in the Dalaran Sewers. Make sure you kill the right one.
A Suitable Disguise
Obtain a Borrowed Tabard from Shandy Glossgleam; He is upstairs in the Threads of Fate: if you are standing in front of the stairs with the Violet Citadel to your back, it is to the right (to the left is the toy store).
An Audience With The Arcanist
Retrieve the Ancient Dragonforged Blades tome from Arcanist Tybalin. Use the disguise and go in the Alliance section of Dalaran.
Return To Myralion Sunblaze
Bring the Ancient Dragonforged Blades to Myralion Sunblaze at Quel'Delar's Rest.
Reforging The Sword
Obtain 5 Infused Saronite Bars and the Forgemaster's Hammer and use them to make the Reforged Quel'Delar. (AKA: Run the Pit of Saron. The infused bars are near the entrance; don't forget you have to kill the boss, too.)(It appears this can be done on Normal Difficulty.)
Tempering The Blade
Temper the Reforged Quel'Delar in the Crucible of Souls. (AKA: kill the final boss of Forge of Souls; use the quest item nearby.)(It appears this can be done on Normal Difficulty.)
The Halls Of Reflection
Bring your Tempered Quel'Delar to Sword's Rest inside the Halls of Reflection. (AKA, obviously, run Halls of Reflection.)(It appears this can be done on Normal Difficulty.)
Journey To The Sunwell
Speak with Halduron Brightwing at the entrance to the Sunwell Plateau on the Isle of Quel'Danas.
Thalorien Dawnseeker
Visit Thalorien Dawnseeker's Remains and obtain his blessing to wield Quel'Delar. (Go around behind SWP to the Dead Scar (southern end of Isle of QD zone, not in the SWP raid instance) and kill a bunch of mobs.)
The Purification of Quel'Delar
Immerse your Tempered Quel'Delar in the Sunwell. Speak to a Warden of the Sunwell when you are ready to enter the Sunwell Plateau. (Possibly different versions of this for sword/mace?)
A Victory For The - (sword or mace)
Bring the Restored Quel'Delar to the NPC at the Violet Citadel in Dalaran.

...I wonder why the Blood Elves just left this guy's corpse sitting out there for so long. "He fell in what is now the Dead Scar, buying time for his men to make their own preparations. So anyway, we just left him there to rot... his body's probably still there, and his ghost is undoubtedly still haunting the place begging for a proper funeral; go see if you can get his blessing."

k just go too the part that got already said 10 times above.

3 waves of mobs will spawn:

1x 5x 10-13k hp mobs normal
1x 4x 13k hp mobs
1x 3x ranged 20k hp mobs
1x elite 40k hp horse rider

all mobs hit for crap and are easy killable.

I had problems completing this quest, I couldn't obtain the blessing you are supposed to get. At the end, after 4 tries, I got it: Any buff or heal I gave him, made me unable to get the blessing. I removed all buffs and didn't even heal myself, then I got the blessing. It is a very easy quest, killing the three waves and the horse rider.

If you got any problems, try not heal him, buff him or what else you might think of.

Visit them, and if his spirit gives you its blessing, I will allow you to enter the Sunwell.]
