when you return to the shadow vault to turn this in, you'll find the area transformed into a new quest hub, complete with a flight point ^_^

stable master, innkeeper and rep vendor are inside the building

These rewards seem kind of poor for the level of this quest. I have green quest reward trinkets from 5 levels ago that are better than these. https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=38761 for example

Can someone explain to me how this world changing stuff works? For example, for one person the Shadow Vault is filled with enemies, and another player is just standing right next to the enemies on there screen, but that person is actually standing buy a merchant in a tent on his screen. Can someone elaborate?

if you have completed the quest and unlocked the hub, other players cant see u in that region and u cant see others that havnt unlocked the area.

these types of areas are partially instanced, like the death knight starting zone, completing certain quests will "change" the instance so to speak. there are a number of other "partially instanced" areas in zones all around northrend.

just putting this in in case some1 else has this issue and goes crazy, when i tryed to turn this in there was no one at the place, no undead or friendly peoples, (like half phased) but this was solved by a simple relog, discounting the fact that it dropped me out of the air into a mob of elites that killed me after i respawned
