This quest text is rather vague. You will find the Nethervine Crystal's spawn on a vine around the crystal formations on the island. I found the best spawn rate was on the outer perimeter. They glow red so they are fairly easy to spot from the air.

Keep in mind the NetherWING crystals drop off the rock flayers, and are easy to confuse with the NetherVine crystals should you ask in general chat. Best of luck to you.

Nethervine can also be tracked if you are a miner. Make sure you have "find minerals" active :)

They have a bright red glow and can be found at the base of the gigantic crystals.

Keep in mind, the peons guarding the crystals tend to pull in groups of 2 or 3, even if they aren't close to one another.

If you happen to be here make sure you watch out for elites....they hit hard lil over 2k each hit (70 shadow priest).....and when u die...you auto rez back at graveyard....which can make for a fun run back.

In 64,84 there is a "airport" on crystal by the side of "road" are the best spaws of the island.

For those of you that, like me, didn't actually read the quest or think of "vine" part in quest item ;P, it's a plant growing near crystals.
