He is the trade supplier setup with a cart at the south end of Goldshire. He has recipes for Brilliant Smallfish, Longjaw Mud Snapper, and a tailoring recipe for Blue Linen Vest (limited quantity).

This vendor does NOT sell the Big Iron Fishing Pole! He sells the basic pole and not much else!

hes only there on test servers. hes part of the STV fising competion which hasnt been released on regular servers yet.

This NPC is not in Booty Bay. He is in Goldshire in Elwynn Forest. He is outside the inn and across the way standing underneath a canopy in front of a big, wooden cart. Can be missed since he is underneath a canopy.
