To get to this npc, you're gonna have to find your way up Thorn Hill, its sometimes frustrating trying to climb the thing, but once you get there, the guy isn't that hard to spot, there will be a forge right next to him, and a rug on the ground.

Brutal armor is ONLY for warriors.... since your a hunter you cant get it.

Easiest to climb the mountain up the southeast side. Lots of plainstriders up top if you need beaks.
