Although it may be hard to tell, this is the only hyena with this skin. This model uses the HyenaSkin while other models similar to this color such as the Kolkar Packhound and Starving Blisterpaw use the HyenaSkinOrange. This skin is slightly brighter and darker than the Orange version, though without being right next to each other, many may not even notice.

I tamed one for a pet, and he is working out very well. Comes with Dash 2, taught him growl 5 and bite 6. I have his stamina and armor maxed, got him all level one resistances, and avoidance. He tanks very well, never runs out of focus, and is generally sturdy and reliable. A very appealing pet that always seems cheerful and ready for action. Eats meat or fruit.

Two words: Aggro range

These things, when con green to you, will aggro on you as if it was con red. These hyenas suck.

The Hyenas from Tanaris have Dash as an ability. Not all other hyenas have this so it's kinda nice. They eat fruit and meat.

Ummm has anyone seen this Hyena in Teldrassil? I have been all around there but i have never seen it there or heard of anyone else seeing it there.

I have done my best to provide Map Mouseovers for each and every beast, wherever possible!
Unfortunately some do not yet have maps, but these will automatically be added to this post when they're added to the NPC's page.
