Wanders the map, easiest way to find him is to make a simple target macro

"/target XT:9" without the quotes and spam it as you run around the southern part, should find him rather soon with that.

Good levelling source, just run around, whatever you aggro you will fight and win = xp. Just keep your eye out for the moving machine on the lower island of the crag.

Found at 70,56 twice in a row. Look at the spawn map, he seems to stay south of the river.

Killing the operator at 70,56 seems to make XT:9 respawn there, atleast that's how I found him.

there is shell of the robot at 70,56 but noone is inside it won't move and you can not interact with it :(

Nothing special, was a lvl 20 and killed it w/ ease, loot was worse than others in the area, but gave more XP. wouldn't waste my time w/ it.

He is spawning at /way 70.66 56.12 use TomTom addon
Used this macro to hit him first and to loot Shredder Turbocharger first.
He was spawning each ~7min
