The only NPC I found that can convert Emblems of Triumph to Emblems of Conquest, of course I didn't look too hard.... Shes in the underbelly beside Cantrips & Crows.

~~EDIT: At the time I posted this, the Valor, Conquest and Triumph vendors did not have the ability to convert emblems of triumph.~~
EDIT 2: Apparently still is the only one that can convert the emblems.

For anyone who this that 1 Thriump should change for 2 conquests are wrong .
that would mean , 1 thriumph = 2 conquests=4 valors = 8 heroisms
so you would accually get 8 valors or 16 heroisms + loot emblems just for doing a heroic ?
then whats the point of even going to raids?

The NPC Usuri Brightcoin in Dalaran now allows players to pay one Emblem of Frost to purchase one Emblem of Triumph.

i wouldn't mind taking over her job, trading heroism for valor, valor for conquest, conquest for triumph and triumph for frost.

People really don't think things through carefully before down rating. a comment of mine was purged via complete ignorance. I stated a fact (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/fact) and just because most people don't like it, they stubbornly down rate. Just think for one minute, sure it's a little different now that you can grind random heroics for Emblems of triumph, so in a way a triumph emblem is no more valuable than a conquest, valor, or heroism emblem. But at the very least in regards to frost and triumph, a frost emblem is worth MORE than a triumph. There is no way you can say it's not. You can obtain as many triumph emblems as time will allow since you can keep doing random heroics (and since through the random system you can do the same heroic multiple times in a day) but with frost emblems, the max you can get in a week at the time of writing is 55 and that's if your guild clears ALL the bosses in ICC on both 10 man and 25 man. So no, it is not right that the conversion ratio for downgrading emblems is 1:1 but at the same time 1:2 would be too much. As I stated in my comment a 1:1.5 ratio would be fair, at least when converting from frost to triumph. But considering the current situation, anything less should be 1:1 since, as stated, triumph; conquest; valor; and heroism are pretty much of the same value. If you disagree, then you probably aren't giving it as much thought as I have :\

I couldn't seem to pick the ability to exchange more than one at a time, I found a macro

/script BuyMerchantItem(1, X) replace the X with quantity. be warned, you do not get a prompt to confirm your purchase, make sure you do the correct amount you want to exchange.

I was having a hard time understanding why I could not see emblem trading from the vendor when I realized my TSM addon blocks it for some reason. Disabling it/turning on WoW menu's from it allowed me to see the trades. Kind of specialized but in case anyone else ends up here for the same reason now you know :)
