At this time, patch 3.1, when you tame one of these guys their size remains the same.... this makes for a large pet when combined with BW he's huge!

Got one of these for my hunter, as Hybridhunter13 said they do not change size once tamed, not sure if this is a bug (no pun intended) or not but makes certain instances interested, like AN with the cramped tunnel and a giant wasp in it heh.

They do make great pets I've found and the noise they make is creepy.

Love having one of these as a pet :D

Currently one of my favoured pets. Probably the best looking wasp availiable.

I just tamed one. Their sizing is a little wonky. Sometimes it changes, ex I was wandering around Dalaran with him under Eyes of the Beast and bumped into the side of a building; suddenly he was the size of a "normal" wasp pet. A few times he has come back shrunken down to "normal" size when rezzing with Heart of the Phoenix. He went back to being huge after resummoning in both cases.
