As wowhead says, ends Tactical Clemency for horde... but seems to lead to nothing & she only officially starts an alliance quest. I hung around for 15 minutes waiting for her to do something and nothing happened.

Doesn't really make much sense plotwise, but Bliz has been known to suddenly drop vastly more involved plots before (i.e. the Platinum Discs chain) so... =\

Kinda annoying, but I spose it's still xp.

Addendum: Just got a letter in the mail from Gorgonna telling me to watch out for Krenna's reaction. When I went back, Krenna said nothing but Gorgonna gave me Ruuna the Blind which makes sense as a continuation.

Maybe there's hope for Bliz's continuity yet =)

Basically you free the prisoner and you'll mount behind him on his horse and he'll start riding towards Amberpine Lodge. You get three moves: Fire, stun and dash (except not by those names, but that's what they do.)

I recommend using dash as often as humanly possible because you will not regen your health back like you normally do.

Second, after about 20 seconds of riding you get rushed by a lot of Worgen (formerly the citizens of Silverbook) use stun and fire as often as possible (personally I found stun more useful than fire) over all it's a very easy quest. Just use your abilities as often as possible.

I killed the two horde but she won't give the quest, I'm above the level cap, anyone know the deal?
