Ruul is no real challenge for a hybrid class if you're not way below his level. He can easily be engaged solo and doesn't have any special tricks.

A 37 druid can easily keep herself up using Regeneration and Regrowth, while spamming Starfire to kill Ruul.

Saw him today at the top of the tower in Stromgarde, guess what he dropped? Big, FAT, NOTHING! Not even some crappy gray, just money, and not even a lot, just a few silver. Even the lowbie rare's (lvl 10s and such) at least drop some useless white item, but not him, NOOO, he has to drop less than that. What a rip!
