I am not sure if this is the case, but I turned in one of the quests the next day and now he does not offer me the quest for this day (yesterday it was Underbog - today looks like Mechanar).

It appears the heroic daily changes before the normal 4am daily reset, will update if I discover what time it rotates over.

You definetly can turn in the Quests even if they are not the respective days Daily-Quest

What I don't get is why the daily quests gave 19,000 EXP, when they required level 70. Sure, nowadays that'd be a little bit of help, but no level 70 is going to do BC heroics, because:

A. They don't have the key
B. They're in greens/blues
C. They'll be in Northrend, where quests give 20k+ exp, normal dungeons give more exp, and much better loot as well
D. BC Heroics are much harder than Northrend normal dungeons
E. All of the above
