There are four dragons that you can summon in Blade's Edge Mountains - Rivendark, Obsidia, Furywing, and Insidion. Insidion is associated with the quest "To Rule the Skies" https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=11078

Insidion is basically an Onyxia clone tailored for 3-5 people. He uses the following abilities:

Melee Attack - hit the tank for about 450-600 damage
Cleave - standard cleave attack
Flame Breath - frontal cone attack for about 600 fire damage
Tail Swipe - knockback effect from the tail of the dragon (similar to Onyxia's). Our fury warrior kept getting knocked backwards right off the ledge.
Bellowing Roar - AoE fear, similar to Onyxia's
Flame Buffet - cast on the entire party; similar to Firemaw's Flame Buffet. This ability increases fire damage taken by the party and stacks a large number of times. Since Insidion's only fire attack is Flame Breath, the only person really getting hit with fire damage should be the tank. Thus, Flame Buffet stacking on the rest of the group shouldn't really matter.

He just knocked me out of the sky! Wasn't on any summons quest, just flying around. Didn't even see him. Hit me for 1400 damage while i was in the air.

2 manned this and other 3 dragons as elemental shaman tanking/dps with a resto druid healing, takes time but very doable in heroic level gear.

Took around 10 mins - Hardest of the dragons to solo imo

He doesn't consistently stack Flame Buffet, which is good, because it isn't dispellable. (I didn't try Divine Shield.) Went down without a problem with Prot Paladin and Combat Rogue.

Elemental shaman soloists beware: he's immune to fire attacks, which makes Flame Shock and Lava Burst useless; so much for auto crit for this guy. Lightning hits him pretty hard, but it's a long, long fight, so mana-up. Drop Fire Resistance, Totem of Wrath (for the spell power boost), Nature Resistance, and Stoneskin totems. Use Earthliving Weapon, Elemental Mastery, and Thunderstorm as much as possible. If you can't keep up, then run away --- he chases for a good distance with full health returned, but you can out run him and try again --- after grinding and farming another 35 Apexis Shards to crack the egg! Good luck!

was flying around 54 10 and this guy fireballed me, and threw me off my mount and i fell to my doom.

Ok so he has 30% to drop that axe Which need 150 Apesix Shards .. So is he elite or somthing? Beekose if hees not im gona kill him ower and ower to get that axe!
