Mind yourself that even these are non-elite and humanoid, you can not sheep them.
They are immune to it. You can however Frost Nova them.

While questing, I had trouble killing enough of these due to all of the other mobs around. Here's a tip:

Take your flying mount (you do have one, don't you?) right up to the highest point of the area. You'll see an L-shaped stairway leading up onto this highest spot. Stand on the western balcony of the stairway and start killing Chosen :)

Also, watch out, somewhere here there's a spawn of adds that can only be handled by big group. It doesn't trigger from the balcony, though. If triggered, they spawn at the top and run down the stairs.

If you pull a whole bunch of them, they'll use uppercut so much, it'll look like they're playing volleyball with you. Entertaining.

Then you die.
