Due to Patch 2.2 This guy now sells +12 Dodge on Cloak https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=20736/公式-附魔披风-躲闪#C::A the price is:

Exalted with Lower City
Enchanting 300
and to buy is 10 gold

So does anyone know - does he always have all items available? Because there are 35 items listed above, but I'm stood next to him now and he only has 23 items for sale. And yes, I'm only revered, but I can still see the exalted items in his list, but a lot of the revered/honoured items are missing... guess he only has limited supply of some of his stock?
