i actually look for rare spawns to screenshot them, and harvest the blues :) i got both of the zangar nonelites the day i posted this

She has one special attack worth mentioning: She punts you very high up into the air, and you take fall damage when you land. As with all punts it also turns off your auto attack so if you're fighting her and any likely adds that come when you land make sure you're still attacking her.

She hangs out by the pumps so it's a good idea to position yourself under a pipe so the punt doesn't send you flying every time.

26 . 47 is where she spawns, she drops rare legs, and her respawn is about 1 hour,

soled as a 32 encha shaman, she uses spells that seemd to me like arcane explosion - mages spell, can be interrupted,

this NPC is not immune to fear

easily solo'd her and 1 other melee naga as a 62 enhancement shaman, she dropped :(

Her meele dmg is about 800 for leather armor,however, what makes her hard to kill is not her meele dmg, but her spells, try to avoid them. she is solable, respawn seems to be about 50 minutes... one more thing, do not expect that you are the only one who waits for her, often there are both fraction players, so prepare yourself for fight ( i am playing on PvP server )

Found her whilst Killing the Naga for the quest:

Level 63, and I killed her before I realised she was a Rare Spawn, and then the Achieve popped up.

Just found her at level 63 - close to 64 - frost mage while killing Naga, and I thought "Wow, awesome, a rare mob!", like always. I was pleasurably surprised when I got the achievement Medium Rare.
I'd say this was the catch of the day.

I cannot confirm, but in the place I found her, it would seem that she is able to patrol around anywhere that there are naga, save for a few islands. When looking for her with a flying mount, just run off of a mushroom close to the ground to get perfectly level and go around to the four steam pumps. Anywhere you see the naga huts, go over and scan.

She didn't stick out to me either, I beleive it is because since all naga are colors than stand out to me, so you really have to look for the orange in order to find her.

This is one of the few rare that dont stick out + that when i found her i almost missed it because she stod still, under one of those little "roofs with 4 pillars". (I think) all the other rares patrol.

I have seen her twice at 60.0,36.6 coords exactly. She is always under the hut and does not patrol. Also, she is the same size as all the other naga, unlike your typical rare mob which tends to be larger.

Unless she causes you to aggro all her slithering friends, she's a pretty easy kill for a rare.

Odd things happen...

I was handing in Coildfang Armaments on my 80 mage, when I got the Medium Rare achievement, appearantly for killing this lady.... but I was no where near any naga at that point.

Tip: If you're not a druid or hunter, you may find Blackened Worg Steak helpful in your quest to hunt down the humanoids for the Bloody Rare achievement. Happy hunting! ;-)

I've been doing fly-bys on her path for a couple of days now. Saw her once. Dead. What in the world is the respawn rate on her? This is getting so frustrating. She's my last elite for Bloody Rare and I'm loosing patience.

Solod her L64 Shamen Enchanment/Elemental Very easy to kill just clear the area, she does Ice bolt and arcane explosion, just shocked her and used Frost resist totem and grounding, towards end of battle she upper cut me into the air like 20 feet, seen her in Hewn Bog camp, alot brighter colored then rest, Dropped

Not that difficult at all. Just killed her around 2AM EST On Dalaran server. She dropped the leather legs. The Loot is well worth the effort. It will probably catch a nice copper at the AH too.

Blew all of my cooldowns, and my pet died in the attempt. I just managed to kill her. Feigned Death after looting Nagascale Legguards of the Bandit.

Right now, I'm still Feigned Death, slowly gaining my HP to escape =P

64 Dagger Rogue just beat the Emissary, just sapped her whilst killing the surrounding mobs one at a time and kept her stunned whilst fighting her. Fairly easy. Yes she's rare... I'm not sure where else she spawns but I caught her near to the "U" in Umbrafen Lake on the map, just up the bank under a little pagoda thing. She dropped Nagahide Pants of Intellect for me... With 203 Armour and 54 Intellect.

Good luck finding her yourself.

i found here at 73:82 in the middle of a mob, was questings for naga fangs.

she dropped the naga legguards of the invoker, nice for a shaman but useless for my rogue. :(

Easy for casters, not so easy for melee. When attacking the emissary you usually get swarmed by slavehandlers and enchanters straight up easy fight with adds, can be brutal. Took me 3 tries until I was able to pull her away from adds.

Found her inbetween two huts by soem slaves, dropped Nagahide Leggings of the Sorcerer, shame because i'm a warrior, but a caster will be happy with these. This was an odd event, because an hour earlier I missed another rare elite in Zangarmarsh, the tall white one. Nice bit of luck finding another rare mob :)

Lvl 64 when I first saw her. Dropped Legplates of Stamina. Sold for 90g. Saw her again when I was around lvl 66. Dropped the exact same thing! This time I sold them for 150g. Saw her the other day... lvl 70 this time. Guess what she dropped?

The mail legguards of Agility! I sold them for 200g! That was a big plus to my flying mount. I was only 200g away from getting my mount and this hunter bought it! I was the first person in my guild to get a flying mount. I got the Ebon Gryphon. Can't wait for my Netherdrake when I can get one!

I found her in the exact same spot every time. Right next to the Alliance Flag dude.

Got extremely lucky.. pet died, had 2 slaves on me and I was about to die but I was able to kill it. It dropped Nagascale Legguards of the Bandit for me.

Found at 26,46 between three Slavedrivers. Sapped one, and just focused on the rare. Nuked, looted, vanished, done. Dropped the leather frost protection variety. Not the greatest, but worth the kill.

I killed her on Bronzebeard tonight, 5.7.7, with my 62 arms warrior. She was a pretty tough 63 elite, but not too bad. Died the first try, then cleared a little better around her for the 2nd try, only got one slave, and got her.

She doesn't have a knockback as much she has a knock-UP! I took around 360 falling damage when I landed, right back where I was in front of her.

Dropped Nagascale Legplates of the Sorceror. A guildie had one buyout of 90g on Auctioneer for 'em.

Strong enough to be elite, dropped Nagahide Pants of the Invoker for me (Rare).

Does a stronger version of the Naga knockback from the Darkshore Mushroom quest.

Seems to temporarily wipe main aggro after a Frost Nova.
