We have datamined information on Wrath Classic digital deluxe rewards, including a penguin pet, tuskarr companion, mounts for retail and Wrath, and a character boost.
At the time of writing this post, Blizzard has not officially announced all the rewards coming in the digital deluxe edition, nor have they revealed a price point, but we assume this will be coming soon as the pre-patch launches later today.

Players on WotLK servers will receive:
Kalu'ak Whalebone Glider - flying mount
Fisherspear's Lucky Lure - Calls a skilled tuskarr angler to your side.
Pebble's Pebble - Teaches you how to summon a peculiar penguin with a penchant for pebbles to your party.
There are also datamined entries for several pebbles: Ordinary Pebble, Smooth Pebble, Glossy Pebble, Glittery Pebble, Glowing Pebble.
Players on retail servers will receive a high-res version of the Kalu'ak Whalebone Glider mount, the Tuskarr Shoreglider, which we
previewed yesterday
and can also be seen on flight paths in Dragonflight:
Finally, a datamined image of the shop assets confirms that players will receive game time and a level 70 character boost as part of the bundle:
