Or a shadow priest, using Spirit Tap. Or a holy priest, using Spiritual Guidance.

Nice robe for a mage too, since it gives pretty decent regeneration with Mage Armor. Great robe for anyone except a warlock, really.

Since the recent changes to most casters, spirit is now more useful so it's quite good for any of the 3 now
