it doesn't make sence that someone would have to get a friend to put it on the AH not to mention like the allience get our money because they can over price the stuff nice job blizzard.

+4 stamina and spirit buff is really cool for a level 5. This is an underrated recipe. The ironic thing is that frenzy is so easy to get for horde. There are fish in the little off of Ratchet in The Barrens and at Lake Lordaeron(sp?) behind Undercity

I was just thinking that Mophobius... this is like the third or fourth recipe I've found that was either horde- or alliance-only, that the other side was #$%^&ing about not being able to get. C'mon people, you don't have to get every single recipe, and for every one that's alliance-only, there's another one that's horde-only real close by.

All those people whining about not being able to get the recipe is so silly. You can either get someone on the alliance side to auction the recipe for you if you really want it that badly. And, if the alliance getting your money bothers you that much, you can always make it back by putting up mass amounts of Soft Frenzy Flesh up on the neutral AH at ridiculous prices for the Alliance to buy. As far as I can see, what with Horde putting items on the AH in Gadget, BB and Winterspring that the Alliance really needs but has trouble getting, and them doing the same in return...it's my considered opinion that it evens itself out quite well.

God damn it another Alliance only cooking recipe! I mean this recipe isn't that great but still it's just another cooking recipe that Horde can only get through Neutral AH.... damn it...
