This should be like the Trophy of the Crusade, except that now it is class specific and has both heroic and normal versions. Presumably the normal version, dropped by the bosses from ICC on Normal Difficulty, will be turned into level 264 tier 10 items, while the heroic version, dropped by the bosses of ICC on Heroic Difficulty, represents the level 277 tier 10. The level 251 will be bought with just Emblems of Frost. But this is just an educated guess, based on the previous patch, anyway.

T10 (level 251) will cost:
Head: 95 emblems of frost
Shoulders: 60 emblems of frost
Chest: 95 emblems of frost
Gloves: 60 emblems of frost
Pants: 95 emblems of frost

Upgrading to T10.25 (level 264) will cost you for each part 1 Conqueror's/Vanquisher's/Protector's Mark of Sanctification and your T10 piece of the same slot.

Upgrading to T10.5 (level 277) will cost you for each part the heroic version of the Conqueror's/Vanquisher's/Protector's Mark of Sanctification and your T10.25 piece of the same slot.

This item drops from any of the final bosses of each wing in ICC -

Deathbringer Saurfang - Lower Spire
Professor Putricide - The Plagueworks
Blood-Queen Lana'thel - The Crimson Hall
Sindragosa - Frostwing Halls

It is unconfirmed that the Lich King will also drop this token.

It should also be noted that one must first have the 251 ilevel item before being able to upgrade to the 264 ilevel item using this token.

To upgrade your gear you must go to your class armor vendor at Light's Hammer inside ICC

For a Paladin:
If you have 4 pieces of the Tier 10 set and are deciding which piece you should spend a token on:
Chest, legs and head pieces all give same stat increases compared to their 251 versions with the exception of armor which is breaking ties. Gloves and shoulders give only 2/3rds the increase of the other 3. This means:

Token purchase upgrade order:
Chest = Head >> Gloves = Shoulders

Tier legs are missing a socket compared to other 264 legs such as the crafted ones. But if you really want the T10 paladin legs:
Chest = Legs = Head >> Gloves = Shoulders

I picked one up thats blank last night while a friend and I were running ICC. Just says Conqueror's Mark of Sanctification, Soulbound, then its blank. doesnt list any classes on it while its in my inventory. Linking it to chat shows what classes can use it. Its also unusable. Right clicking it doesnt do anything at all.
