I suggest throwing it away just before using the key to release the samophlange. That will reserve space in your pack for the samophlange.

This item is for a quest called Samophlange in The Barrens, Level 14 Horde/Alliance. Quest is given in Ratchet by Sputtervalve.

This items also stays in inventory after quest is finished, so just destroy it when quest line is completed.

In "classic era" TBC, the macro to check if the related quest is complete has changed slightly.

/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(894))

If it prints "true" in the chat window, go ahead and trash the manual.
