Am I going too far when I'm saying that this is one of, if not the best mage PvE neck in-game so far?
Of course one can point to Amulet of Silent Eulogy 默悼护符 and Blood Queen's Crimson Choker 鲜血皇后的殷红项圈, but I prefer this one because of the spirit. It works great with Molten Armor.
The reason why I do not pick the one with hit rating is because most mages are already hit-capped with Tier 9 and all the other stuff one can get in raid and by emblems, at least I am. If you, like me, are hit-capped, wouldn't it be smarter to go for critical strike rating (By using Molten Armor) more then hit rating?
