Hotfixed in the Rolling Restarts on 09/12.

All Emblem of Frost cloaks now have a socket and their base power slightly reduced.

This cloak now has:

+737 armor (-112)
90 Strength
124 Stamina (-12)
Yellow Socket
(Bonus: +6 Stamina)
Defense & Dodge at 48

The Sentinel's Winter Cloak has the following upgrades over the Guardian:

This cloak is also a higher ilvl, and can be attained from just doing the 1 daily heroic a day, no raiding required.

In an age where effective health reigns supreme, this is beautiful. Toss a +225 armor enchant on it and it's even better. A warrior tank speaking, this is awesome and should be one of your first pieces purchased. I neglected getting this until the end, because I did not really grasp the full concept of how Effective Health >>> Mitigation for ICC, but, nonetheless, I have it now, and I am glad to have gotten it, a 30 stam gem makes it even better. Not to mention the fact that the only real back piece that is comparable drops from 25 man Blood Prince Council, and it doesn't have the bonus armor, and also has hit rating which if you're up-to-date with your ICC gear you should be over capped on.
