I know this might be a stupid question, but I was wondering if anyone could confirm whether or not this shares an ICD with the non-heroic version, and whether or not it would therefore be similar to using Koren's Chromium Coaster and the Mirror of Truth (e.g. useless)?

One can wear both non-heroic and heroic versions of ToC/ToGC trinkets, but not with the ICC/ICC Heroic trinkets

I've done 10 man ICC for weeks now and have yet to see this baby drop.

IMO; this is the BiS trinket for any melee DPS class in game. Ultimate power for your raids, use it and have fun seeing BIG yellow numbers flying above bosse's heads.
