In comparison to T10.5 Gloves... just some calcuations I thought I'd share for anyone else wondering.
Raw stats, the t10.5 has 8 more haste, and 10 more SP.

- Respite, considering the gem socket colours are yellow and red for these gloves, (for non-JC) you can put in +23 SP and +20 Haste which would even give you the socket bonus of +7 SP
- T10.5 has +5 SP socket bonus, and only one red gem slot, so put in +23 SP to that (just for the sake of arguement).

If you gemmed both as such, these gloves would have 12 more haste than t10.5, but have 8 less SP (including the socket bonuses from both but not including enchants, since +28 SP would be the same).

EDIT: Forgot I was talking about tier 10.5, and not just 10 like I originally put.
