Currently the item with the highest iLevel in the game (as of 3.2.2), has a pretty sick design.
Great stats for any clothy, most Mages/Warlocks/Spriests would kill for a chance to roll for it.

Horde version of the i272 cloak, Alliance version is:
Jaina's Radiance

It seems that there's no DPS / tanking equivalent to the i272 cloaks in the Wowhead databases yet, but digging around on WoW Armory with the item ID numbers gives us the following:

Cairne's Endurance (Tanking cloak | Horde)
Magni's Resolution (Tanking cloak | Alliance)

Garrosh's Rage (STR DPS cloak | Horde)
Varian's Furor (STR DPS cloak | Alliance)

Sylvanas' Cunning (AGI DPS cloak | Horde)
Vereesa's Dexterity (AGI DPS cloak | Alliance)

Once these start dropping and people upload their data, we'll see them on Wowhead as well.

the tribute cloaks are the first cool design in wrath of the lich king, its been way too long since there have been awesome looking capes (Hyjal / BT)

Given the cloaks' (and all the other tribute cloaks) huge ilevel and perfect stat distribution it is by far the best caster cloak currently available and will likely remain one of the very best until Cataclysm hits.

Probably named after Aethas Sunreaver; one of the Council of Six, Archmage of the Kirin Tor, and namesake of the Sunreavers.
