Got it on my DK last night. It's a huge upgrate, even from T8.5, lots of Sta, Dodge and Exp.

This item drops from Icehowl which is the third and final boss in the Northrend Beasts encounter in Trial of the Crusader 25men normal version.

However, this is a Horde item. Only Horde raids will be able to get this item, as the Alliance got a different one. The stats are the same, so is the drop rate. They both drop from the same bossencounter in the same instance.

Chestplate of the Towering Monstrosity is the Alliance version.

This has about 18 less stamina that the - currently incredibly expensive - BS 245 item, however, it has tremendously higher threat attributes, mainly because of its Expertise. If you are not capped - most likely if you sanely gem primarily for stamina - this is a bonus not to be underestimated.

i.e. I wouldn't replace the BS item with it but it'd be happy to have it and not be in a hurry spending multi thousands for BS mats.
