Won these this week through EPGP; certainly a better choice than the T9 offering (from an Arcane Mage's perspective) if you're already drenched in hit. Same styling I believe too, though with a different colour scheme.

Definitely a solid alternative to the T9 Healing Priest chest to save on some emblems. Especially considering the rather solid 2pc set bonus for those that probably won't ever see the 4pc.

A good choice over the T9 warlock chest (Unless you're not hit capped), nice sockets with nice bonus and a good amount of spirit.

It's also very easy to get, since it's from the first boss.
