As of patch 3.1.2, this mount is available for purchase for 500g & 5 Champion Seals. If you are not a Gnome, you must be Exalted with Gnomer to purchase this mount.

Also, once you are exalted with Gnomer, the price of this mount drops to 400g & 5 Seals.
