It's odd that it was yellow for me at level 40, when it was level 44 elementals around. Anyway, i teamed up with a 38 priest to get it done faster and without any unsuspected deaths by any chance.
This quest took forever. First off, we cleaned the whole camp with 1 drop, which should be atleast 10 elementals. We cleaned the camp about 3 more times, so it'd be a total of 40 or more elementals. Really lame quest.

Your all saying 100%? Took me 39 kills to get 5... got non in the first 25 kills :S And so annoying to kill.. stupid armor :S

Go for the Greater Rock Elementals to the west of the ogre camp. These ones seem to have a much higher drop rate for no apparent reason.

To get 灵巧秒表, you need to complete:

发条式什么什么仪 requires 发条式同步协调陀螺仪.
至关重要的冷却剂 requires 冰霜之油.
研究石元素 by killing 次级石元素 for 小石头碎块.
研究石元素 by killing 石元素 for 大石片.
研究石元素 by killing 巨型石元素 for 石缚护腕.
This unlocks 不祥的感觉 which leads to 不祥的感觉 which awards 灵巧秒表.

Keep in mind, the quest items drop off of specific mobs, so don't kill the other ones when you're doing each quest.

You can complete the other optional item turn in quests for 卢希恩·枪穗, but this is not necessary to complete the chain:

卢希恩的药水 requires 治疗药水 and 次级隐形药水.
有备无患 requires 青铜花纹护腕.
