I belive this is from a quest that can be obtained in spulcher at silverpine from the apoacthary. Theres only two ways i think aliance could obtain this, gadget AH (Not BoP) or prehaps killing the quest giver may let you loot him too.

Ok to get this Recipe (only Hord) you must talk to High Executor Hadrec in the spulcher, he gives you the Quest "Lost Deathstalkers". When you have found the NPC Rane Yorick she gives you Quest "Wild Hearts". After collecting the Hearts hand them over to Apothecary Renferrel he will reward you with one Discolored Healing Potion and the Recipe. Our Alli friends have only the way over Ah in Gadgetzan or to kill Apothecary Renferrel and hope that in the loot is the Recipe :)

I love this site and its very informative, but this Bernard guy is really getting on my nervs.

Ok, he isn't in the game. So where do I get all these potions then? Its kind of a dead end for alot of potions. I keep having to spend tons on the plans for them in the AH. Its killing me. I am not lazy. I have been traveling the world and into places that I shouldn't be at my level, talking to every vender and NPC in the world looking for new potion plans. please help.

It dosent restore much hp tho. But its nice for skilling alchemy as the regants isn't that rare =)

Most people that commented here probably know it by now. but if someone else is wants to know:

Barnard the mixer does not exist anymore.
The recipe is a reward from a quest.
The quest is only available for Horde.
There is no way to buy the potion itself.
The only way to get the recipe for a alliance player is to buy it in the auction house, i see it for 25s to 2g all the time (And it might be worth the 2 gold, since it is only available with 1 recipe per player).

For anyone who's playing their first character on a given server, quests like this can make you money if instead of vendoring the recipe (or even learning it) you put it up on the neutral auction house for a couple gold. More likely than not, some high-level person from the other faction will be browsing the auctions looking to buy all of the recipes they don't have, and they will buy yours.

Just payed 25 gold for this recipe only because it takes more time for me to make a horde and actualy get it it myselve.

Evry alchemist wants all recipes so 25 gold is a fair price
so hordies out there !

For alliance this could be considered useful since to make lesser healing potions it takes two steps, minors (silverleaf) and lesser (briarthorn)
So you AH 100 Peacebloom and farm the worg hearts (44.8% drop chance in silverpine) and you have a nifty way to reward your lowbies in the guild and a slow and steady form of AH income... Just my two cents...

this, that i can tell, is just like the Lesser Healing Potion, but a higher lvl requirement, so why would you even want this?

You can get this from doing a solo quest in The Sep, (in silverpine) if your hord.

This items is pointless. The regents are Discolored Worg Hearts found in SilverPine forest. Not very useful for Horde or Allience.

Yep, the quest for this is horde only. The only way for Alliance players to get this is by shopping at the gadgetzan AH for the recipe if a horde player sells it.

The questgiver is there, but does not give this quest in classic.

An easier and cheaper alternative to lesser healing potions for the horde, Briarthorn can be somewhat rare and expensive, Peacebloom and worgs are all over Silverpine, and the worgs arent exactly stingy with the hearts.

Also Alliance recipe collectors will pay a premium to have this in their alchemy list. So you can post it on the neutral for some easy gold with very little risk

Most (not all) 烹饪 recipes on the Alliance side are sold by 肯多尔·卡邦卡. The Horde do not have a corresponding NPC, so if you are an Alliance character wanting to create an alt on the opposite side to obtain the recipes for your main, unfortunately you'll have to have a level appropriate character to do the quests to obtain some of these recipes.

All of the recipes except one (设计图：兽人护腿) can be traded cross-faction on the neutral AH.
