Really nice Rogue mainhand, 0,1 slower than Malice and a socket, so its probably about as good if not better.

The name puzzles me however. Anyone know if it has any connection to WoW lore?

I think it was pre-buffs.
If you check the current "prefered" spreadsheet for combat the longsword SHOWS as being best. If you stick this in instead your looking at about 40ish dps over even the 239 ilvl furious longblade.

Jut got this blade tonight to go with the offhand Rune Etched Nightblade.
One Happy Rogue.

It's got teh bonus of dropping off one of the most fun Hardmodes so far in ulduar. Hodir is jsut DPS, Thorim is a pain (10) and mimiron.. well... it's not really that fun ;)

Freya +3 however is awesome. Push your guilds to do it, not only is the sword/loot great, but the fight really sorts the men from the boys.

Ok, one question, hard mode or easy mode? some comments say hard, but wowwiki says easy... and im thinking Invar One-Arm was slayed by a lightslayer, like some of the other scarlet crusade members.

Why does dual wield tanking fail?

If you know what you are doing it doesn't. I certainly have no problems.

The new stone-skin gargoyle 1h version will only improve upon what it is now.

Compared to the blood DK tank in my guild, I have about 800 less HP, but more avoidance, and I do considerably more threat.

Just make sure your expertise is high enough (use swords if you are a human, etc).

I'm using PeaceKeeper blade, and Teldrassil Protector at the moment and have about 28 expertise (2 shy of 30 needed for fast weapons) and I see no more parries than when I use a 2H weapon, constantly out DPS the other tank, and have more avoidance.

Now, why does it suck?
