This helm has got really great stats for any plate DPS. Plus, it looks like T8 death knight helm.
It drops from Thorim on 25 man hard mode in Ulduar.

So far it looks like the best in slot for any plate dps. Even if you are hit capped, the strenght on this helmet is totally worth it. And with all the new gear around it wont be hard to find a replacement for other hit items.

I would be remiss if I didn't say that this helm, along with many other Plate DPS pieces, has far too much item budget devoted to STAM. IMO, of course.

Stam is all well and good for keeping melee alive, but this is ridiculous. There's Plate DPS pieces in Ulduar that actually have more stam than their respective tanking counterparts. Which actually makes many equivalent leather DPS pieces in Ulduar better for warriors/rets/DKs than their plate DPS counterparts, since most leather isn't investing nearly as heavily in stam. Shame, shame.

I know that Blues have hinted on the warrior forums that this may be remedied before the patch goes Live, but I'll remain skeptical, as 3.1 is fast approaching with little time for sweeping itemization changes.

I'd say this helm is quite unbalanced, having more stamina bonus than a tanking helm existed in patch 3.1.

probably will be the most-wanted helm for Death Knights(especially!) and DPS warrior. Having an advantage of +450 HP (than a tanking helm) for a plate users is something to be reckon with and its a freakin' DPS helm(making me more afraid if i met a DK while strolling)

Now they know what they want! the only plate helm with a 239 item level, which no one could argue as the best DPS helm.
yet at least in patch 3.1...

LOL, looking at future upgrades for my prot pally and of the gear that's in the RAWR database as of now, this is a best in slot TANKING HELM. The ridiculous amount of stam on it seems to outweigh the lack of raw tanking stats.
