This is a nice item for a melee class (rogue, warrior, ret paladin, druid). This is a nice buff while leveling, +12 agility. This can increase questing, grinding, and killing by a significant amount for a decently geared leveler. This item is the reward of the Guile of the Raptor (first quest) quest chain.

EDIT: This DOES stack with Horn of Winter. Min/max inc.

I've had this since I completed the quest and am unable to use it. I have a lvl 24 Orc Hunter. When I try to use it says target is too low level. What's the deal?

its bcause ur too low a lvl the lvl item is 37
