This is a dream chestpiece for tankadins who are already over the block-cap; all the block value you want without the block rating that gets wasted. Assuming it goes live as is now (60 defense, 51 parry, 77 block value) it should be high on all priority lists. All it's missing is a chunk of dodge to supplement the parry. Also wonderful for warriors, both in the range of threat (though it misses hit and expertise) and survivability. A fantastic tanking chestpiece.
