Obtained from Daily quests given by Sunreaver members inside the southeastern tent or Silver Covenant members inside the northeastern tent. Only three daily quests are given at a time.

The total number of Aspirant's Seal that can be obtained per day running the quests above is 5.

Note that once you become a Valiant for your home city, any remaining Aspirant's Seals can be destroyed, since you will start at Valiant for all other cities in your faction.

Great post, I'll extend it a bit.

Training In The Field - I suggest doing this one in The Weeping Quarry, next to Shadow Vault, where you can fly to via flight path.
Learning The Reins - This is basically what you've learned before.

Use Thrust on Melee Target x 5 - Be sure to keep shield up (defaultly "4" key), run to Melee Target and spam Thrust ("1"), you can also heal your mount when not in combat ("5")
Use Shield-Breaker on vulnerable Ranged Target x2 - You just need to throw few spears at target to take down its shield (starts on 3 charges, defaultly "2")
Use Charge on vulnerable Charge Target x 2 - Basically the same as second part, but you need to use Charge when its shield is down ("3")

The Edge of Winter - This quest has two parts. Firstly you need to get Everburning Ember from Lord Everblaze. He can be found at borders of Crystalsong Forest and Dragonblight. He's overlooking Crystal Vice from nearly hill on east (the highest location). Then fly to Howling Fjord Winter's Breath Lake and look for the maiden. She's entraped in block of ice in middle of lake.
A Worthy Weapon - I suggest taking FP to Crusader's Pinnacle first. You need to collect 4 Winter Hyaciths, which grow only under Ironwall Dam (this name doesn't show up on map, so look for Decrepit Flow in Crystalsong Forest). Then head to Drak'Mar lake, located between Dragonblight, Zul'Drak and Grizzly Hills (Just next to stairs to Zul'Drak). Look for circle of lamps in middle of the lake. Use those herbs when you are inside the circle and after monolog loot the blade.
A Blade Fit For A Champion - Start with taking FP to Westfall Brigade Encampment/Camp Oneqwah. Head to Ashwood Post (southwest of Grizzlemaw). The lake is just next to the post. Then find a frog there, use Warts-B-Gone Lip Balm and type /kiss while targeting the frog. It's important to use balm before every attempt to kiss a frog. There are two possibilities what will happen. Either the frog will follow you for 8 seconds and then disappear or it'll turn into a maiden. If it turns into a maiden, just talk with her and she'll give you the sword you are seeking.

If you get "a worthy weapon" https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=13674 as one of the 3 quests, I suggest you take on "Jack me some lumber" https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=13627 from one of the goblins at the entrance, since the flower you pick up for A worthy weapon are in the same area as the "Jack me...." quest

Once you gain Valiant status, do you still need these Aspirant's Seals?
I still acquired a few from quests I still had in log, but it seems all you can do with them is... throw them away.

Can someone please explain on here what you "spend" these for and from what npc, or exactly what you do with them?

For people new to the Argent Tournament and have no idea what they're doing with it, this would be vital information.

There's no "Currency for" or any further information on wowhead about it.

The only posts here are just how to obtain em, that's one part, yes, but we need to know what to do with em too :(

Yes, as with so many other cases to numerous to mention here, Blizzard is so cavalier with our gaming sessions and unmindful of waste in general. It sets a bad precedent. No reason these cannot be converted (3 to 1) into your first valiant seal. /sigh

There is actually a pit just south of the argent tournament that is great for this. It's about a 15 second walk outside of it. Not sure if the quest was updated or something since your post so that it included more mobs but this is alot closer than shadow vault. :)

This page says that the dailies for these aspirant's seals are for lvl 80 only, well thats bull coz i'm only level 78, and i started doing the quests at the argent tournament grounds when i was lvl 77. easy as. sweet rewards too.
