This headpiece is a great item for any twink. It requires you to have (150) Engineering though. The mats are as follows:

1x Flying Tiger Goggles (made through engineering also.)
2x Moss Agate (You can get these off of the Auction House)
and 4x Medium Leather (Also AH)

Actually, the best twink helm is Bloodsail Admiral's Hat, but its so hard to get its...... not worth it

There is a Lucky SoB somewhere in the world who has +18 Stamina and +20 Resilience on Green Tinted Goggles. (Glyph of the Gladiator)
This was, ofc, before Blizzard nerfed it making the item Soulbound upon applying it.
All in all, compared to Lucky Fishing Hat with +100 Health, the above combo offered 100 more health, and was easier to get.

To get these babies you would need to craft Flying tiger goggles (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=4368) first.

This makes your total materials required for these into:
6 Light Leather
2 Tigerseye
4 Medium Leather
2 Moss Agate

Sorry, but wrong. Sure 10 stamina = 100 HP, but 100 HP does not = 10 stamina. As a tanking druid, or Hunter/Warlock, 8 stamina would be a much better choice. 8 stamina with the 150% bonus would be 120 HP in bear form. Also, Raw HP doesnt increase pet HP, only stamina does.

so in bear form 8 stam is > 15 stam? news to me

These goggles really help you if you get them around level 10. It costs quite a lot $$ to get your engineering skill to 150 but it's worth it since it gives you almost +100 HP and some nice spirit bonus.

Don't make a mistake like i did, after you unlearn Engineering you won't get bonus from those goggles

These are absolutely perfect for twinked BG characters. 150 is the maximum skill you can get before lvl25, but it's just enough to make and use these, meaning a lvl10-19 battleground alt could wear these. My lvl14 mage has them, and considering that the best other non-engineering headpiece you can get before lvl20 doesn't have any stats (except armor) and is availible only to the horde side, +8 stamina on headgear is insane at the level.

Combine these with all the usual +9 stamina (bracers), +7 stamina (boots), and +100 hp (chest) enchants and your little alt will be quite hard to kill ;)

dude this hat is entirely possible for a 19 twink to get, i have it on my hunter, the only problem is the 40 or so mobs, all u have 2 do is run in the water and they dont attack u, bring some pots 2, the competition for lucky fishing hat is from 2-4 in stranglethorn vale and you fish for Keefer's Anglefish (i think) if you are a twink i strongly suggest getting the hat, its free and leaves up another profession for twinks, i.e herbs and alchemy to make pots. You need a fishing level of 225 to catch the fish, so level 150 fishing, with a +75 bauble will do the trick, make sure you stock up on baubles link for fishing hat : https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=51844/碎喉者护手

you know what you can do the Libram of Constitution quest with any char you want (even your tier 3 armored uber 60 level pallys!)

so you can just send thse goggles (they are BoE!)

to that guy and use the libram to them!

and there it is 100 hp and then send em back to your twink!

firstly yes these gogles are nice for 19 twinks...HOWEVER you can get a hat called Lucky Fishing Hat with 15 stam...and all you need is patience and 150 fishing skill...and a 45+ preferably to guard you while you fish in Stranglethorn Vale...the cometition for this is on sunday...2pm-4pm server time the tournament is over when someone hands in 40 Tasty speckled Fish...but the Tasty Speckled fish spots are still available till 4 pm...there are 3 rare fish...for the Lucky Fishing hat you want Keefer's anglefish. Ok next item...100 hp to head this is called a libram...libram of constitution to be exact i dont know what the quest is called but yes its a quest in Blasted Lands and the mats you need to make one are the following if im correct :1xLibram of Constitution,1x Black Diamond,4xNight Dragon's Breath and 1x Lung Juice Cocktail.

Get Lucky Fishing Hat and Libram of Constitution on it and bam! 250 hp added hope this all helped.

I could be wrong... but isn't the fishing hat BoP, and don't libram quests require level 50? How would you put a libram on this hat? Seems like ti'd be better to go with the Green Tinted Goggles since they're BoE, and have a potential health bonus of 180 instead of 150.

You get leatherworking patches on any headpiece there are no enchants on head pieces.i suggest 12 dodge rating.

Bloodsail Admiral's Hat is the award from a level 60 min quest in STV. Entirely impossible to recieve, even if you pay a 60+ to share quest and kill the mobs. Just thought I'd clarify that =D

the way you get +100 health on head pieces and legs is doing the libram quest in the burning stepps

you need all the mats before you can get the actual quest and you also need 30g cash!

you also need to send the head or leg piece to your main so it can be enchanted by you.

it is posible to get it enchanted through "will not be traded section" but it will cost you a pretty penny ;)

I think this is the best FIRE gear for a lvl 19 mage twink

I love these goggles for my twink. Since 150 is max skill they pretty much scream twink. Maybe if oyu get the chance put +100 health to them. The only thing that is better for twinks is the STV fishing hat which is a pain to get unless your going all out twink. Otherwise these pretty much are used most commonly for the +8 stam which rocks. Best goggles ever

Ok. Im making a rogue twink and have pondered for a LONG TIME if the best head piece was LFH or the goggles. Is it possible to put +100 hp the the Lucky Fishing hat? maybe i missed it up top :P

A word of warning for 19 twinks:
If you use your Flying Tiger Goggles as a reagent to make Green Tinted Goggles, any libram that was enchanted onto the Tiger Goggles will be lost.
So if money is tight, don't apply a libram until you have levelled engineering to 150 and got your Green Tinted ones.
(This is what you would expect, but I had nothing to lose by doing the test.)

The Lucky Fishing Hat might have more twink stamina, but thanks to a high level mining main my alt has these equipped at level 11 (and could have done them at level 10 if I'd just waited for the mail). What's the first level that normal headpieces show up? 20?
