For alliance, you can get this from Rork Sharpchin at Frosthold in The Storm Peaks. It costs 10 Relic of Ulduar.

There is a quest he gives you to bring 10 relics to him, and then he allows you to purchase items from him.

Fun Fact: If you're a female and you use this item first, and before the buff expires, use the Orb of the Sin'dorei, you will turn into a Male Blood Elf instead of a Female. I am told other items like the Orb of the Sin'dorei have a similar effect.

Using this item on a female character, followed by a Savory Deviate Delight results in being a male ninja/pirate for the next 60 mins :) So you can enjoy the awesomeness (/sarcasm) of male human casting / dance as much as you want.

By the time Savory fades out, flask is ready to use again (unless you die of course) ;D

Add a dose of Noggenfogger Elixir and you stand a chance of becoming a Mini Iron Dwarf... The skelly buff will overwrite the Iron Dwarf effect :(

To open the trade for the Flask, you must give him ten Relics.
To buy it, you need another 10.

So you need 20 Relics if you just started.

If you have the Matron title (from being a female and completing the childrens weak achievements) and use this, you will temporarily lose the title "Matron" and instead gain the title "Patron"

This flask has now a practical use besides being big, strong and steel-plated: if you drink one before defeating the Assembly of Iron in Ulduar, you will get the But I'm on your Side achievement!

You can actually mount the argent tournament jousting mounts while the buff is active. your toon doesnt sit, he stands on the mount with a flag coming out of his head :P

Something to note about this Item, But I'm not 100% sure. Looking at the pictures from those posted, and my personal experience with this said Item, it seems to be either of these things.
Anyone else notice the different beards one can get? there is the 3-pronged braided one, or the santa-like stubby beard. It's either Alliance gets the stupid beard, and the Horde get the awesome braid. Or, it's a gender specific thing, but both of these are only theories, so someone is more than welcome to prove my hypothesis(es) correct.

NOTE: you can only buy this at a minimum level of 78, I found out the hard way when I tried to buy on a level 29 twink. He only starts the quest to buy from him at level 78 so don't waste your time if you are below 78.

You can mount in Trial of the Champion for the first encounter without breaking the effect. Instead of sitting on the wolf (or horse...need confirmation on this) you will be standing on it's back in Iron Dwarf Form.

DO NOT use this item before starting the brewfest ram race. You will not get a ram if you are transformed into an iron dwarf, but the event will be on cooldown anyway. So being transformed when starting the event "costs" you 20-40 badges depending on how good you are.

While jousting in ToC I discovered something fun too do.

If you keep the flask in your bad and mount on a jousting mount, hit 'B' to open the bag then right click on the flask. You will appear standing on the mount. Everything works the same otherwise.

If you want to get twenty minutes of use out of it, simply drink the flask right before you log off. The cooldown lasts an hour regardless of whether or not you're in-game, and the buff doesn't disappear when you log out. So if you're planning on logging off of WoW for a while, drink it beforehand and you'll be able to use it again when you log back on.

The provided buff is can be stolen by a mage's spellsteal , ask a friend to duel in order to "try out something".
Cast spellsteal and get this effect for 2 minutes , that however , is not the point.
The point is making your friends outraged with the 1 hour cooldown.
If a shaman was smart he would Dispell it , but there is no way s/hes gonna get it back.
Have fun , mages ! :p
For others - beware of tricky mages such as myself :p

Drink Winterfall Firewater.
Get the growth buff if your horde.
Quickly find your way to Northrend/Outland before growth wears off.
Mount up on a netherdrake.
Use your Iron Boot Flask.
Get a shammy to pop heroism.

Supposedly, you'd be huge. And I bet the mammoth would work in replacement of the netherdrake.
NOTE: I have not confirmed this.
